COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS – PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

In order to protect the health of District employees and prospective bidders, the Anaheim Union High School District will implement protective measures following recommendations from the State Public Health Orders and Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

At a minimum, Key Prevention Practices before arrival to District premises, during job walks and bid drop-offs, shall include:

  • Self-screening at home, including temperature and/or symptom checks using CDC guidelines before arrival to District premises, and attendance to job walks. If experiencing high temperature or other related symptoms, refrain from attending and designate an alternate attendee. Symptoms include frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, and recent loss of taste and smell. Refrain from attending if you or someone you live with have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

  • Proper use of face coverings at all times. Prospective bidders must bring their own face coverings.

  • Prospective bidders shall bring their own pens.

  • Maintain social distancing of six feet or more.
