Re-Enrollment: DATA CONFIRMATION

Data confirmation is to be done for ALL students coming from a high school or junior high school within AUHSD.

Is your student brand new to Savanna?

If your child has NEVER been enrolled to any of our Anaheim Union Schools before, you will need to complete Aeries AIR and provide our registrar via email:   villagomez_m@auhsd.us with documents listed at the bottom. After completing the Aeries AIR the registrar will provide you with directions on how to create an Aeries Parent Portal and finish the Data Confirmation.

 

Returning to AUHSD from another district

Please send our registrar, Mr. Villagomez at:  villagomez_m@auhsd.us all of the documents listed at the bottom.

Once all of the appropriate documents are received,  the student's former account will be reactivated and you will be provided with instructions on how to complete the Data Confirmation.

 

Documents Needed

  1. Address Verification: gas/electric bill/rental agreement.  (If the bill is in another person’s name fill out the Declaration of Residency--see form below--and send a copy of that person’s ID)

     

  2. Transcript

  3. Withdrawal form

  4. Immunization Records

  5. Birth Certificate

  6. Test Scores

  7. Special Services: IEP/504

Free and Reduced Priced Meal Application

Students who complete the application and qualify are also eligible for other benefits such as free or reduced cost for AP exams and other application fees.
